rough job...

this was a rough job... worst fuel tank i ever did...

this is a '00 wellcraft,240.the fuel tank was leaking.the deck had to be cut up to gain access to the tank,the tank was foamed in place,not good...the tank would not come out...i kid you not !!
i actually broke a piece of box steel,the slide portion for my cherry picker i had this boat hanging by the fuel tank-it would not release...i cut the forward bulkhead out,to get my port a power in there-still no good...
i filled the tnak with water,and cut it with a sawz all...no other potions were there... i tried it all....

here's the job,in pictures,start to finish...

this was the worst job i've ever done...i've never had a tank that i had to cut to pieces like this one...

chemical etch prime,followed by interprotect 2000e,epoxy barrier coat
