Wish I had one of those...
Ricky Jr. needs to start another boat. His is finishing up on a 74' this spring. Anyone looking for a great boat at a fair price should give him a call.
You know I like visuals..unfortunately you can't right click and save on Ricky's pics, otherwise I would have bombed this thread.
I was lucky enough to run a 50' Ricky the "Predator" for five years, built in 89, was the "SeaToy" then sold to a group in Florida then Bill Blount bought her and was the "
Barbara B"
We put a little botton art on her...
Hanna hall out...

Gee,
Her bottom looks a little flat back there.
How does she ride?
She would run about 16 to 18kts in most seas without slaming her apart.
One of the nice things about the flatter bottom is in our sounds, she would get up on plane quick and ran well in very shallow water, a little tab would place her bow down and lift the stern. Trolled well in side to with little roll.
She was a real nice boat needed some serious tlc and repower it's a shame how it ended up but looks like the new owner is already putting her back together.
where did the Predator end up?......my partner and I saw her on a Liquidation / Auction site and went as far as getting a quote from Bayliss for a repower and basic refit. Beautiful boat, but we shared concern about her ride.
