remote set up for motor

Quick question for you guys in the "know"

I'm looking at buying a ussed 15hp for my duck boat. I'm having some issues find one that is set up for remote steering, throttle, starting, etc. How easy is it, (if possible) to set up a tiller model do do this? Can most marines handle this conversion?
