Fritz,
there is a company in Norfolk, Va. (closer to your boat) called Royal Silver. They have been around for along time. I have had motorcycle parts chromed by them and was very happy with the work.
Good luck,
Troy
Artistic Chrome, right here in Jersey in Piscataway, they do great work and have some of my stuff as we speak, google it.
Hate to jump in, since I havent had to deal with the chrome problem in a few years? But when I was. I could not understand how weak the new chrome jobs were compared to the 60s and 70s when chrome held up for decades. It was explained to me that the enviro wackos caused the chrome industry to do a substandard job. If you want a good chrome job you had to find out who the outlaw bike clubs were using and the process usually didnt meet epa standards. But it was a real chrome job!
