    radar help

    My raymarine rl70 pathfinder is not marking any targets. When gain is turned all way up it still does not mark any targets and all I am getting is a big thick dark ring and thats it. Trying to figure if it is the display or the dome. ANy help is appreciated.

    From my experience, it is usually the magnetron that is going bad when that happens.

    An electronics service center could tell you pretty quick.

    Mine did that on and off, then died. I bought a C80 and haven't put it on the boat yet. If you don't have bow lights, don't get in front of me tomorrow morning! Full moon, shouldn't be too hard to see...
