Pulling T-Top wiring
Hey guys, I need some advice on pulling the wiring through the legs of my T-Top so that a couple of cracked welds can be repaired. What kind of wire should I use to pull it through?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Sometimes you can use a wad of tissue, tied onto some thin fishing line and a shop vac to pull it through. Then use the thin line to pull a thicker wire through.

Crab mustard is good
Sea Drg what the hell are you talking about?lol
In my experience with welding T-tops and such depending how bad the cracks are and how much heat your putting on them there is no gaurantee that the wire or snake that you use will be intact when the welding gets done so you then would have to re snake all your wireing back through your t-top.Which to me isnt A big deal depending how your t-top is designed.Question #1 is the welding that has to be performed in the exact area of your wireing? #2 how much heat and how bad are the cracks in your t-top?

Tie a stout wire to your wires before you pull them out and I always add a pull wire with the bundle when I pull in , that way I always have a pull wire in the tube .
Remember when you use your pull wire to pull , always tie on another pull wire.

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm concerned about the heat from the welding. I think I have the info I need now.

Most of the time we just pull it all out , make the repair and use the vacuum trick with a small sized twine . Then pull in a piece of line similar to the line you will re - string your canvas with . Been there -done that - hundreds of times !!
