Wireman? Is the Merrit in Brielle and docked behind his house? If so I know the boat and some guys who fish from him from time. He does have good taste in boats, and if its the guy I'm thinking of he can catch fish too!!

Are you referring to the boat on the north side of the Manasquan River just west of the Rt 35 bridge? If so, that boat is the Low Bid, and that crew is top notch. I believe they have a big Merritt now, but had a 61 Garlington before that.

Usually the walk arounds lose something in the translation, but wow, both that Gamefisherman and F & S are spectactular.

Some years ago I saw a 36' Glasstech WA that was also really nice, I don't think they built but one or two.

I sure like the lines of Richie Howells' new 54' express with IPS drives, if they could build that in a walk around configuration I think that would be the ultimate boat.
