    Possible replacement for the B25...

JayK's latest hull sale really got me thinking. If any of you guys happen to run across any Carolina-built 30-32's, expresses/opens, that need some help, please let me know. Preferably not a complete rebuild as I really can't afford a divorce, but heavy cosmetics, some glass work and re-power is do-able. Probably wouldn't pull the trigger before summer, but ya never know. This would be a Keys boat. Thanks...

If you are serious about a great deal check out the 36 Mako Express on Classic Mako.com,

Mako 36 under classifieds I've owned this boat for 14 years.

Great deal and ready to fish.

It is an awesome boat, would make a fine boat for someone looking to make short runs to the fish. Awesome tower to boot. If it had come along before I pulled the trigger on that Sea Vee it would be mine. I love that boat. Perfect two man boat.

Needs more than power...I got access to that Shearline on blocks while in NMB, SC for turkey day. She needs ALOT of work. I agree she has nice lines, but she appears to be ridden hard and put away wet if you follow the analogy.

Id have to disagree with you on that hooker. I know the boat, cant speak for it before it came to NMB. But it was used very little here. This was one of two boats the owner had, the other was a 35 Carolina Classic. He fished the Classic alot. And this one basically was used very little. It had isses with the engine from the start, water was getting into the cylinders or something. But as far as the boat was concerned, I dont know of anything else giving much problems.

Ace..Structurally you are probably right; it was the cosmetics that while on the hill that looked rough..is it still on blocks at Anchor Marina?
