sorry if this may be a stupid question but how do you cover up all the screws and washers? it looks like you have just sanded the sheets down?
The get removed and the holes filled.
they are just the "clamps".

I see your just using them to form the sheets then you start adding glass.
There is epoxy glue between the layers, and between the first layer and the frame. The screws act as a bunch of little clamps untill the poxy sets.

Pretty Work!.....I know that I wouldn't know what to do without GripTight screws and washers!
Really a nice looking skiff!
She's shaping up nicely. Going to be a fine looking boat.
Good work
Sweet!!
What are you sticking her together with?
what the specs on this boat?
She is about 21' or so 7' wide at the widest point of flare.
She will be powered with a 90 hp 2 stroke jet.
West Epoxy, Juniper stirngers and keel, Doug fir marine ab plywood bulkheads and transom, planking is Okume Marine plywood, 2x4mm on the sides, 9mm bottom, bottom will be double glassed 1208 biax, sides get one layer of same, have not decided what kind of glass on the inside yet, boat will have a small stand up center console, kind of like a mullet skiff, and bench seat thwarts. about 18-20 gals fuel.
