Paint bubbles

Looking at it more closely I'm believing the epoxy filet is soft. The paint in other areas on the toeboard looks fine and not the whole filet is soft. I did have some of OBX's help me with the toeboard areas and maybe didn't mix up the epoxy right. It's just in the filets. I'll just grind them out this winter and redo. Thanks for all the discussion.

That was going to be my thoughts. It looks like whatever is under the paint is not properly cured and it got hot from the sun and changed shape or released the paint

I have had top of the line support from Alexseal rep. 100% and then some !

Had Tripp Nelson call me yesterday. He heard I had a problem and called to ask if I needed assistance. I told him I didn't think it was an Alexseal problem and thanked him for his concern.
