The problem is that Navico has bought Simrad!! Navico is notorious for sticking to there customers. There customer service is non existant. When Simrad was Simrad they had the best customer service bar none but now that they are under the Navico umbrella the Simrad name has been permanently damaged. They took almost 4 months to look at a Simrad product I had sent in for repair. It took them 3 months to open the box!!...............Mark
