    Angry no more SIMRAD

    SIMRAD no more? new boat has Simrad good (supposedly) fishfinder. need repair!.told Simrad gone and no parts avail....any news? help?..thanks Tom

    They tried to prong me for $1900 bucks on an ADF antenna a few weeks ago and seemed to be very solvent...

    The problem is that Navico has bought Simrad!! Navico is notorious for sticking to there customers. There customer service is non existant. When Simrad was Simrad they had the best customer service bar none but now that they are under the Navico umbrella the Simrad name has been permanently damaged. They took almost 4 months to look at a Simrad product I had sent in for repair. It took them 3 months to open the box!!...............Mark
