That is about as much wood I would want in a boat. I owned to many holes in the water in the pass, but I'm been thinking of building an old Chris Craft style boat.
Back in the day...this was my first Yacht...Am I in?

here's one that was brought down to central cali from ak..a 1970 American Commercial Marine 32'x12'x4'...used in the bristol bay salmon fishery..i refitted the entire hull
(cedar on oak) and converted it to fish in california...nice little boat that packs a bit over 16,000 lbs of fish.
does this count?
