I don't want a battle here either, but why isn't this a good comparison? What kind of fisherman would want a 32' Reg over a 32' YF and visa versa? No clue how this this runs, but if it's close to the 34', and the price point is the same, I would find it difficult to pick Reg. Don't get me wrong, they make great boats...I've had 2 of them, but if the comparison is speed, fishabilty, ride, and fuel economy, I really don't think it matters where you fish or what you fish for. Yes a different ride, but as you know, a stepped hull and half the weight, doesn't mean it can't handle the rips or the Noreast snot every bit as well if not better.

Boat: Intrepid 289
Home Port: Stone Harbor, NJ
Best Catch: Bonnie!
Occupation: Yacht Sales Suck! So I am puttin' out fires.
Lightbulb Ya' never know...

As production increases and the boats become popular in distant areas, builders need dealers, not only to sell the boats, but to service them as well. It would seem to Me that both SeaVee and YF are in need of a Dealer up here. By the way Sal, That rig is FREEKIN' gorgeous! Good Luck Man

Marlineer

I agree with you that YF and CV needs dealers up here. They just have to agree to it. And thanks for the compliment, but it is not my boat. It belongs to a guide in the Florida keys and is wylie's 32YF hull number one. I wish it was mine. I am thinking about one but have not pulled the trigger yet!
