been on a few eggs...one 37' it was a slow,hard riding dog in plain words
i can't imagine how much fuel a gas powered rig of that size would burn-you could probably use the fuel guage as a fan.....

I imagine it comes from the boat having flat aftersections and a 9 degree aft deadrise. I'm sure it was done to get as much speed as possible for the big girl, and with the relatively small cockpit it had some cruising in mind instead of some hardcore fishing.
