I bought a Navis 3000F it's a 10.4 with 1 kw fishfinder. They have an 800 series with the same features but 8 inch screen. Top quality commercial stuff. I have no affiliation, just love the products and service. URL="http://www.navisusa.com"]http://www.navisusa.com[/url]

Pete i depend on my Garmin 276C for doing deliveries and as a back up unit when ever i leave the dock

The newer versions have depth and weather available

what i like about the portables is that they are never left in the weather and i can view all my tracks waypoints and routes at home on my PC

call me i would be happy to help on chosing a unit for your needs
