NEED HELP WITH PROPS

Can anyone offer me any advice? I have a 27ft Sportcraft with twin 200hp optimax. The current props I have on the boat is 19 pitch Mirage Plus. I want better handling and to stay on plain at lower speeds. Which props is going to help me with this and speed does not matter?
