Try Hagerty, they do older boats on an agreed value. These are the same people that do collector cars. They are a sister company of Allstate. My insurance agent quoted me on both, and Allstate was a little cheaper.
Not sure where you're located....but I just bought a 1985 Mako 21B and it is insured along with my 1989 44' Ocean through ACE Marine Insurance.... one of the largest and oldest marine insurers in the business. They most likely are represented by an agency in your area......
