Once the boat got to around 30 and up and the nose was into the waves the water was sprayed away from the boat not back to us...

But the way I see it is I could care less if I'm getting wet out there...I bought a CC...I didn't by a cabin cruiser....

Also if the boat is too wet you can always buy a custom made enclosure so you're good to go no worries...

I will say this...if I were out on a lot of other boats I have been on(cc's) we would have been SOAKED!!!! Or would have taken us about an extra 30-45 minutes to get abck to the dock

That was exactly my point. ALL CENTER CONSOLES ARE WET!!. I am so tired of hearing people say that such and such make and model is such a wet boat. They are all wet. On a calm day even my 16 foot boston whaler isn't wet. I like my 29 reg and I am sure in 6 footer she is wet. But the captian is always dry.

I agree.....but then again...in my opinion I could care less if I get wet I'm fishing for christ sakes I will have more fish spooter on me so the water can act as a semi shower on the way in!!

But for the most part the water sprayed outwards we got wet on a few occasions but nothing like we were drendged...

I have 3 friends with these motors from 50hrs to 500 hrs all love them. You could also look at the reports on the verdeos. I know of two guys with them and they hate them.

I own a 2004 32' with over 1000hrs. and I will tell you the complete truth. the 32 does have its pitfalls. I switched out the 300 HPDI's Yamahas for a pair of 300HP Suzikis 4 strokes. (A very, very good move) In my opinion, it is one of the driest CC boats that I have been on, (No center console is dry) I have been running the boat in FL, and the bahamas with no curtains, it is dry, but the boat has some draw backs, first, the boat is heavy, hence, not great speed or fuel ecomony. the engines on the 32 do stick out a bit further on the 32.
if you need information, I will be more than happy to tell you why I purchased the reulator, and what I would change. and also tell you about some bad ass contenfers and sea vees that I have seen in the bahamas and st. thomas

We took a 38' jupiter to 4 miles west of NW Channel light when we heard a alarm (we had come from Ft Laud.) .. oil.. need oil .... we had a case and a 1/2 to run throgh the islands with.. it was a 10 gallon run.. burnt like 230 gallons of fuel. All the summer trip was the same 1,700 bucks in fuel and 10 gallons oil.. wears on ya! <~~ because we had to buy oil also! On the other hand did you know we burn about 90 gallons of fuel to a gallon of oil now on E-Teks! .. do the Regulators switch the counter rotations to get some extra bow lift on twin engines ?

My old 300 HPDI Yamahas were a pig when it came to oil. the 350 yamaha 4 strokes were too heavy IMOP
