I am expecting a call from Phyillis any minute now.

I still say this thread is , if Navionics is only hear to sell apps, and not truely help the community. I need that chip for this weekend. Not 6 weeks from now.

Simply tap on the screen where you feel there is an error and this will open a menu of items... at the very bottom is a menu item titled "report a problem". Click on this, then tap into the comment area to add text and describe and then press send. The lat and lon will automatically be sent with the report. We want you to be happy with the app and we will research any inconsistencies you discover.
Yes, I have the Caribbean one. I sent a couple reports that I know of that are on the chart and aren't on the bottom. Also wondering how you guys come up with your charts, especially in my region because they seem to be quite lacking... some stuff says it's from like 1955 or something? Did they use a rope with a weight for sounding back then? I believe Garmin has better charts for around here.

Thank you for the free software. I downloaded tonight. Overall, I am very impressed, but have a few ideas for improvement. How best to provide those thoughts?

Seems like a good back-up to main system(s). I'd be happy to use it if you want to give me an iPhone!

Sea Draggin, My intention on participating in this forum is to help those who have the Navionics Mobile app and we were also interested in product testers which I made a post for.

You sent me a private message in addition to your post here to which I responded. You may recall that I offered to look into the status of your fish n chip and asked for your contact information. I am still waiting for this information in the hopes to give you an answer. As the packaging states it can take up to six weeks.

Great question! Currently our app is offered on the Apple iPhone but we intend to add other smartphone compatibility in 2010...looking at first quarter and the BLACKBERRY is being targeted. Check back with me next year!
