    Navigation Software Advice

I am looking at purchasing a navigation software program to use on a notebook PC to help plan routes, review charts, etc from home and on the move. Coastal Explorer by Rose Point seems to be a good choice. http://rosepointnav.com/CoastalExplorer/default.htm

Does anyone have experience with this software or recomend anything else? Where would be the best place to purchase it? Any sponsors here on SFC carry Coastal Explorer 2009?

    Thanks!!

Pretty sure you have a Garmin Handheld ? if so just check out the Garman Software ,I am on my 3rd year using it on my PC
I use it for planning and quoting deliveries

one of the features i have not used too much ,due to not wanting to see my laptop hitting the deck is a live feed from the handheld under way ,you can see anything in 17" inches on an.y vessel
