Is it the BBFF1 or the 3??

There are only a few things that will make them act up, usualy water damage, or excessive heat.

Do you only have the one display, or do you have multiples, or a weather service??

IF you have a network switch (required if more than two devices are on the network), I would start there. Sometimes those connections can get screwy,

    Still not sure.......
Have a NavNet 1 that would freeze up in depth sounder mode. Could not change depth range, sounder settings, etc.. Ended up being a power problem from a bad connection on the power cable plug at the head unit. Replaced the cable two years ago and no problems since.
