    my new ship

    ok...
    i've been looking around for a ship...looked alot...found a "novi",a nova scotia lobster boat...it's an old school rig,it's a "glass over",epoxy and glass over double planked...boat's solid as a rock,she needs a little make up...

    power ??? yep,it's got power...a mighty powerful 4-53 detroit natural ...a whopping 140hp !!!

    it's gonna be a ripper !! should steam along at a blazing 10-12kts !!!

    it's got full hydraulics,including a 14" hydraslave pot hauler and wagner engine driven hydraulic steering...

    should be in my shop tuesday...

    old school is the best way, i've seen some lobster boats with truck rad's in them.

    yep...boat's gonna be headin' in...it's a little banged up from hauling pots...gonna add a wave wall on the port side,do a few other odds and ends,and give 'er a little make up...
