    Captain Leroy!?

Thanks Bender! I can;t believe its the same boat as the Cap't Leroy - amazing. I've seen her cruising around the Bay and really, really like her lines and the space on that deck is something else. I have not seen her under way yet but she seems like a nice stable platform for most anything from diving, trolling, drifting and family cruising. Thanks for the background.

I know a guy with a 40 Ocean with T/3126 he cruises 2400 rpm @ 24/25 knots @ 24 gph. not bad. I fished a 43 Viking w/600 hp. Mans cruised 29 knots burned 35/36 gal. hr. on an all day fishing trip.

This 45' M2 cat is claiming 17.5 mpg @ 25 knots(cruising speed) which, although unloaded, still is impressive to say the least. We all know the use-able space difference between a cat and monohull, so it makes it all the more interesting to me.

Has anyone noticed the hydrofoil aspect of this rig? How can this not be the boat of the future?
