    Morse steering controls to electrical box question (pics)

    Have standard Morse MT-3 single control

    The wire leaving the Morse goes to this electrical box. I'm guessing its an electrical relay to the transmission?

    The problem is there is too long of a delay putting the boat in and out of gear.

    I would like to reduce the time between shifting and seeing where there are adjustments that can be made.

    what type of gear and is it electric shift ? The wires coming out of the Morse control head are for nuetral safety switches.
