Is the video from 2008 or 2009?

My uncle's got a 23' Contender CC, which is an absolutely gorgeous boat to head out for a day of fishing on. I can imagine that the 33-39 Contenders are even more so.
That being said... that seems like a bit of a shallow hull for a boat of that size. Have you seen them taken offshore in the Northeast? Or are they more set up for somewhat protected waters like the Gulf of Mexico on pretty nice days? Obviously, a CC owner won't be quite as likely to go out on a marginal day as someone with an Express or Convertible Sportfishermen, just because of protection from the elements.
Even so, looking at that hull when compared with the Regulator 34SS or the equivalent Fountains, it seems a bit shallower?
Granted... judging draft just by looking at pictures can be a bit sketchy. Your boat lists its draft as 24", though? Neither Regulator nor Fountain list their draft in their standard specs.
I love the layout of the hull though. More standing space and storage than anyone could possibly hope for.
