Looking For Bottom Unit
I am looking for a bottom casing for a 2000,200 Zuki,I just need the casing.A Friend of mine owns this boat with less than 200 hrs. on it an the bottom casing has about a 4 inch crack in it!!!!!
 And his warranty ran out in August,and he can't seem to find one,so if someone or a business deals in these kind of parts on here let me know,just trying to help him out....2stroke motor. |

crack in lower unit
Why not have it welded? Strip case, flush out oil with kerosene/diesel fuel, steam clean or power wash, excavate crack, wipe area with alcohol, cap off holes with carboard and tape, flood inner cavity with argon about 5 cfm, TIG weld with 5052 or 4043 filler. A decent weld shop should be able to make repair. We weld them with out hesitation. good luck
