Do a search for SEA VEES, Some time ago I was considering the same and several came up in that range, especially down around Florida.

IF YOU CAN FIND THE SEA VEE GOOD GET IT. THEY ARE SET UP NICE AND ARE A SWEET, BUT SLOW RIDE. OCEAN MASTER ALSO MAKES A BAD ASS DIESEL INBOARD CENTER CONSOLE THAT YOU CAN FIND IN THAT PRICE RANGE. TOO MANY SHALLOWS IN THE GREAT SOUTH BAY. IF I KEPT A BOAT IN MONTAUK A 39 SEA VEE WITH THE VOLVO IPS SYSTEM WOOD BE MY NEXT RIDE.

I'll just throw this in the mix, i have a 290 Stamas CC with O/B power for under 40 K. Let me know if you rethink your power needs.
