LEE'S OUTRIGGER PARTS
hello, i am new to the forum. i seem to have lost an eyelet, sleeve, bolt, and 2 bushings from one of the poles of a pair of sidewinders. is there anyplace that sells these parts seperately? i have been to a few marine stores and the eyelet and bolt i can find but no luck on the sleeve and bushings.

i had to call Lee's and have them mail me the same parts. (missing Brand new out of the box) Guy was a jerk about it but after a bit of coercing he finally sent me the part. (still wasnt the exact same part, but it works) good product- crappy service dept.Ph. 305-599-9324

WHEN WE WERE FIGURING OUT WHAT WE NEEDED FOR OUR BOUT WE CALLED LEE AND THE PEOPLE OVER THERE ARE REAL ASS HOLES. VERY SHORT AND SARCASTIC. CONSUMER MARINE HAS A GUY THATS VERY HELPFUL WITH RIGGERS AND HE'LL GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED. I KNOW YOU SAID YOU GOT YOURS SWIVEL BUT FOR ANYONE ELSE GO TO COMPANY THAT HANDLES THEM FOR YOUR QUESTIONS RATHER THAN LEE. THEY DO HAVE NICE STUFF THOUGH JUST A SHAME ABOUT THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's a shame when any customer gets crummy service with a legitimate call. Maybe I have lucked out at Lees, but I worried the devil out of the Lee's guy on the phone 2 different times on what poles I need to fit my Taco mounts and the proper spreaders to use-- the guy was as nice and helpfull as he could be. I guess it just goes to show there are nice guys and jerks at every company.
