    Leaning to starboard.

Anyone have an explanation for a 2006 40' Cabo Express
to lean a little to starboard while in the slip?

Seems like nearly 1 1/2 inches.

    I have checked everything.

My Luhrs can do that at times. The Fridge and freezer are stbd - no major weight on the other side..

I also have freshwater tanks outboard of both engines - What I usually try for is to balance out with a full load of ice in the livewell (my ice storage bin) to port...

how are the fuel tanks set up on the cabo cuz my ocean 38 has wing tanks and the generator runs of of one so it will cause the boat to lean after a while

One 600 gal fuel tank centered aft.

The hot water heater & 40 gal. tank are on the same side, now empty.

I fear it will lean more when filled.

Are you sure there is not another tank on the other side? The specs show 90 Gallons fresh water. With mine, there is a crossover valve...

Your right, there is a 90 gal tank. The holding tank is 40.
We just moved from the winter storage,(on land) to the marina, it should not have any fresh water in it.

Much better to lean right than left IMHO.

Is your fuel tank full? A large partially full centered tank with a flat bottom will exacerbate an initial list.
