Review
A new boat pole with a fork, which helps you form a loop with the dockline. Now you can lower the loop around a cleat without leaving the boat, or trying your best John Wayne impersonation. It is fairly simple, once you have practiced, to form a loop with your dockline and then place it around each of the fork ends.

This device is not like a boat hook where you can use the hook to hang on to a pier or cleat, as it will come apart. It is designed to be only used as described, to form a loop and drop over a cleat. The line then takes over the holding power.

You can have the bitter end of the dockline pre-cleated, while you drop the line over the dock cleat. Then take up the slack as you move the boat closer to the dock.

The pole extends out to 11 feet.
