I got it, sometimes it gets out of hand but I it was pretty civil in this thread. Thanks Fritz for reminding me something that my dad told me a long time ago.

When looking for wood decay, just remember a dime's worth of rot will cost you a dollar.

Probably the best piece of info typed during this thread. It doesn't discourage me but it will keep me aware.
