I just bought 15' telescoping outriggers for my 23 sailfish. I have rigged outriggers many times before but i want to keep the outriggers in the "nontelescoped" position. i want them double rigged with hal-lock. i need to take in the slack line when we are not using them. i am trying to stay away from the line caddy but i will use it if i have to. Any input would be greatly appreaciated
