Personally, I would rather trailer mine. I'm 1 hr away from Cape May & 30min from Fortesque. I have heard to many horror stories over the years & this is my personal preferance. In a slip or in a yard, "SHIT SEEMS TO HAPPEN".

To each his own but, " I like my rig in the back yard".
