I spent the night stewing about this. I had just blurted out what came to my head. What have I done? I needed to lay awake on the pillow and stare at the ceiling for hours....
Then the answer came... Oh shit! Computer is defragging... Can't post. Was gonna send smoke signals but it was dark. Computer was still defragging when I left to do a trip this morn. People started turning green so I pulled the plug and told them we can take the other 6 hours tomorrow...
Raced back to deliver what came to me in the night in a flash of divine intervention... Oh crap theres the phone... Gotta go I'll be back later!

If you go with the charger, make sure to put the battery switch to all if you have a switch and are running two batteries. Also, the charger will need to be at least a 2 bank charger which will increase the price a little. If not all of the above just switch the charger to each battery once in a while.
Just for giggles. Think of amperage as the volume of water coming out of a hose. Lots of volume will knock you down. If it is a drip, it is still water (voltage) but a drip has no force behind it (ie no amperage).
I know marty just did the rewiring on the bilge pump, im worried that their maybe a draw somewhere on there that is killing the one battery. I truly believe that should be checked out. Box not that im questioning your wiring, just seems odd.
So again... Where is Jawz! I want to see if my revalation that came to me in the night was right... That was... Oh shit another phone call.... I'll be back!
All right, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say start with the fuel system
the problem did not surface until the gas tank was sucked dry. This was after a long run in, the alternator should have been charging the whole way. The odds of 2 problems surfacing at the same time are relatively small.
I agree with OCNSLR, it sounds like the fuel pump spinning. I would first see that the engine is primed.
Next check the filters for water or debris. In addition to any primary filter, you also have 2 fuel filters under the cowling. There is a low pressure fuel pump and filter, and a high pressure pump and filter. There may also be a water sensor that is not allowing the starter to initiate
On my Mercs, if I do not have adequate voltage, I will get a single click, but not the sound you are getting. I am assuming the electronic safeties on the zukes are similiar
sorry boys... been real tied up....my mama's been sick...sorry...
marty...it makes that sound when you attempt to crank the engine, right??? sounds like low voltage...low batteries?? try a jump pack and see if it fires up...if it still makes that sound, check the connections at the battery cables,be sure to check the connections behind the battery switches as well-common spot for corrosion to build......
My first reaction was to agree with the guys that you have a battery issue, which you may indeed have. Then after listening to the vid a few times some things occured to me. My suzuki's don't sound like that when the battery is near dead. Instead if the battery is dead I will get only one click when I turn the key and then nothing... If the battery is near dead you will hear the starter spin up and connect with the fly wheel and then nothing... I also thought that O sea D might be on to something with the fuel pump, but I fear that if he was right, you would hear the starter spinning the flywheel over the noise of the fuel pump.....
I would start where everybody else pointed you and charge the batteries... I would certainly not discount O Sea D's theory. I have never encountered that with the Suzuki's we have on the company boats...
