Shamelessly taken from my other favorite website but i thought it worthy to post a link- i learned quite a bit- in a nutshell here are my top 4 but read the article, its a good read- go to page 24 to start and if you click on the pages the print will get larger-

1) new gas and old gas dont mix and new gas is highly corrosive when put in tank with old gas.
2) new gas can hold as much as a quart of water/100 gallons (mixed/blended- not underneath like regular/old gas.
3) the new stuff will suck in humidity/water from the vent.
4) only a 60 day shelf life for the new stuff so use a non-alcohol fuel stabilizer in your tank
Hope this helps someone else as much as it helped me- you diesel dudes are lucky bastages-craig
