    Glassmonkey parts

here is a cool wat to add recessed trim tabs to a fresh build or a retro fit, and it will be vacuum bagged!

The white object was the plug and the red object is the mold the finished part will have Coosa in the areas of the mech fasteners to keep from having a hull penetration. , the coosa will be glass encapsulated,, this model is for a 9x12 tab, the also come with actuator covers,,

Very cool - so for a retro-fit, do you cut out the portion of the hull and glass these in place?

Yes Capt. I would use a router and cut the area of the flange, then a saw to cut the tower recess then followed by a healthy smear of epoxy to hold it in place and glass over it on the inside and out, the part itself has 100oz. of glass .

    Question

Need some one to build a set of drop in air boxes. Do you have a mold or could you make one? Thanks.
