Some of these Limbers will never see the light of day but to keep them ship shape I fill the core voids with putty, and glass over them tying the two 18oz skins together, if the boat were to go up north and be layed up in a freeze with water in the bilge you would not want it to start working on pulling the glass apart!, most likley never happen but a few hours work make ya sleep a little better. in the photo's below I vacuum bagged the laminate dut to its complex curve. and will sand them (if needed) the red stripes are on the release fabric and not some new stylish glass! hahaha!

Mike, I am working on a few drw's now but the stand-up head in the console is going to make me use a split fuel tank, I have to get the maximum use for fuel space so I may delay the console design until I get this other issue put to bed!

Thought you might like this console idea. Its a little different but looks functional.

I just stumbled across that website the other day and thought it was interesting. I didn't see any pics of the inside of that console. Maybe they could email you some.

this is a 23' she is free from her mold and looking for a new home!
the flex on the hull are water droplets!

the interior is still open stringers and bulkheads, kept it light so it would be a little easier to pull!,, it was a breeze, bye the way!
