No experience in the work, just an opinion. I really wish I had windows and a lower station on my Hatt. It was glassed in when I bought it and I consider it the major compromise I made.

Obviously it was not a deal-breaker. But having a lower station for docking and fishing in general would be really nice, particularly here in the northeast. I don't have cockpit controls, and climbing up and down the bridge ladder is a real PITA. It makes the cabin very dark too.
IE8 says this may be a phishing site....Well, DUH!!!!!!... Stupid jerks can't even spell fishing right.

I am in the process of closing in the front windows on my 35 Bertram. I have done the two center ones so far and will do the other two front ones this Spring. I am leaving the aluminum frame in place and replacing the glass with 1/4 inch fiberglass panels that I had made.
The amount of heat reduction is incredible with the glass out, it really helps on the A/C.
I don't have a lower station on mine nor do I need one so it's a matter of preference I guess. I have seen several where they are framed in and glassed but this way there is a lot less labor envolved.

    Good luck,
    Troy
