    The ideal conditions are in a climate controlled shop with low humidity and temp around 75...

    Most gelcoats are ok between 65 and 85 degrees, out of direct sunlight (if possible)

    Normally the catalyst ratio on the label is based on 77 degrees - cooler than that, and it will take longer to cure. Warmer and it will cure more quickly.
