    Garmin Sounders??

    Anybody have any experience with garmin Sounders? I am looking at the Garmin 2006C. I really like the plotter, but havent heard much either way on there sounders. Any input would be appreciated!!

    I fish the Garmin 2010C, personally I like Garmin. I think they are very good and reliable. I have also used the Raymarine C series and think they are incredible machines. Just my opinion.

    Also have a 2010. plotter is great. I have seen better sounders. Seems to struggle with say 500'+ water.

    Only have one complaint about mine. The anti glare coating on the screen wore off really quick. It started with a couple spots, then I had to wipe it down a few times with glass cleaner/ammonia, to completly remove all the anti glare coating. Cause a few spots is alot worse then having it all gone.
    Other than that it has been flawless.
    It does lose bottom at depths greater than 700', but that isn't really a concern for me.
    320C/p-79 shoot-thru transducer.
