Not sure whom you had a problem with locally, but Martek got new owners not long ago and moved down to Clermont. Jeff, one of the managers, is now one of the owners, and he's been very good with me. You can drop stuff there, but it will go to WA. Calling like you did is the best bet to start, their service department has never been anything but excellent with me.

Problem there is Jeff from Martek has had my single side band for over a year. I just consider it stolen by him as he didn't return as much as a mounting screw back from it.
