Thanks for the compliment. She will troll on one. She can also plane on two at 30 kts +/- in the event of a failure. She has 1,000 gallons + for a 540 nm range at slow 30 kt cruise burning under 50 gph w/10% reserve. She's projected to run 40-42 kts wot. We chose IPS because they had been in service longer at the time the decision was made here and in Europe. Volvo's R&D facility is also in our back yard. We'll be looking at both closely for the next one.

cant wait to see her when she is done and how she performs in the real world. I can imagine that for long range cruising running on the centre engine at 9 knots will produce a good range

Do you have any pictures of the rear bottom of the boat. I'd like to see what the IPS holes look like. Was it tough cutting the holes?

forgive if this is a dumb question, but is she going to a client or was she made to test out the pod technology?
