Duck Skiff Update

Cool NE wind makes for good boatbuilding weather.

Big Dan (and Mom) were down this weekend to help too.

Shear and seat height trimmed

Transom cut and motor clearance checked before glassing inside of transom

Foredeck installed (Gypsy's deck) storage under

covering boards fit, shear guard fit clamped into place, seat 45 blocks glued to bulkheads.

Teak, yes teak bowcap. Hey, I had some scrap laying around.

Thanks,

Time?

I will have about $3500 in materials finished.

Keep in mind, she is built out of the right stuff, Marine ply, Juniper, West Epoxy, Knytex, Adtech, Alwgrip etc.

I have no idea about time but I would say about 100 hours give or take.

I would really like to build another one after this one if anyone is interested. I could build it anyway you want.

If not I am going to start a 22' center console for myself flared bow, tumblehome broken shear etc. Mini replica of the Bite Me.

Hull #2 is available.

Heck this one might be available for the right price.
