I was able to measure a friends skiff, that I have had an opportunity to run alot in lots of different sea conditions.

I started with his measurements and added just a little more deadrise in the bow, along with a little more rocker in the bow where the deadrise starts and forward, because his skiff tends to pearl in a following sea, so I wanted a little more lift.

So the "plans" were just a rough sketch and his measurements, then I cut the jig and framed her up.
