I not impressed by the service I receive very often. I sent a pair of one year old 580's back to the factory dew to the side piece was stretched out and the glasses would not stay on my head. Filled out the form and gave them my cc and shipped them back. In about 5 days they sent me a email and a couple of day later they sent them back to me. When they came back they were as good as new. It refreshing to have a company provide grate costumer service and not have to argue and ***** at them to get them to stand behind ther prouduct. Way to go.
