Comming back from Bimini, I had an oil line fail and run me out. The alarm soundedand I started searching guages which all looked normal when that ones oil went off the deep end. I started bringing the throttle back when she started rattlingI came all the way back and she was dying as I shut her down.
It was too rough to try a fix at sea so I waited til the dock. She turns but too slowly to fire up. Tried wd40 (per manufacturer) directly in turbo with no luck. Paralelled the batteries so she has the aps but still not enough turn to light off. I would guess that shes hurt inside but I dont know where to start looking... Any ideas?
I fly in to Miami on Monday 5/2 and I have all day Wednesday for fishing. Let me know if I can hire you for the day fishing or will I be helping you install the new engine?
Ken,
I'll get you out fishing and brutalize some of the fish we have hanging around... The new block is due here thursday and friday afternoon it should be running...
See these little engines are relatively easy to deal with. Don't have engine room door ways clogged with giant Ausies...
Any thing in particular you wanna go kill or just general mayhem?
Goint to have enough testosterone and blood lust built up doing this engine I'll need to kill a lot to cool down. Other wise ... I'll wind up flat spotting my ol ladys head agains the headboard
