Is there any special name given to the line drawn from the bow pulpit area to the place where it meets the water down below.I meant thats where it divides the vessel into two parts or where the water separates while the vessel runs?

I think i've also heard this actual piece of the stem called a 'cutwater' too. Not certain but i think thats right.
Doc,
As others have written, the stem is the proper term.
Some wooden boats have a "Knee" that the stem would attach to at the waterline.

Thanks Guys,
That was spot on!!
What's a bow pulpit?
We don't put them on boats here, or bow rails.
