Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
I have had a Datalink for the last 8 or 10 years, going off memory I "THINK" its the 8000,its about a 10" screen and I use it as one of my backup units.I like the ease of use of the plotter alot better than my Northstar or Furuno. That being said,it doesnt view well in the sunlight.Other than that I really like it for the Chesapeake Bay,I guess because it has alot of my waypoints stored in it.Post up a pic if you can,I cant get to the boat for another couple days.

The unit is probably 12 to 15 yrs. old. I have one on my 1985 Trawler. It quits when it is in the sun for about two hours - zooms out. Sent it back for repair about 7 years ago and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it.
I'd be interested in buying the unit from you - if the price is right!
