    Crash Valves Set-Up

I'm planning to install crash valves on my 1989 Ocean 44 with 671-TI's this winter. Right now I have standard Groco 3" ball valve seacocks.

I'm considering Groco SBV-3000-P seacocks with the Groco Model SSCV Valve Assy on the side port connected to a Groco Model BS bilge strainer.

Is anyone familiar with this or any other crash valve set up??

The next bite on a jig.
Is this where you can pull water from your bilge to cool your engines, if you get a hole in your hull?

If so, Darryl has this set up on the BWL.
