Exclamation

I have been to the Palmer Johnson factory plant in GA. They build some big motor yacht along with a Sportfish model ! Alu. Hull is a lot of maintains , it need to be toyally Re-done about every 5 years , an it is very Expensive ! Great riding yacht , but I would still go Fiberglass or Cold mold instead , just my two cent ! Cardinal Joe

Aluminium Hull

Hi Cardinal Joe,
Being an Alu advocate, yes i totally agree with you BUT only if the hull is painted. An unpainted hull is free of trouble provided all electrics do not leak as the only issue is corrosion but well looked after,an alloy hull should have an equal life span as glass.
